Once consolidated the company’s leadership in the Spanish market, its growth resulted in the creation of the corporate group Arsys. With clients in more than hundred countries, the international expansion has brought the quality of our services to other markets in a localized way.
The Arsys Group of companies includes arsys.es, arsys.fr and arsys.pt.
The company’s international expansion started in 2002 with the opening of a subsidiary in France and continued, in 2004, with the start of commercial activities in Portugal. In the medium term, Arsys is considering launching new projects in other markets.
In December 2007, private equity firms, The Carlyle Group and Mercapital acquired the majority ownership of Arsys.
