Once the solution proposed by our team for your project is the most appropriate one, we will set it up for launching as soon as possible.

The main activities for set up are:

  • Launch meeting
  • Implementation

First, we will plan a launch meeting for the project. Your main managers and representatives will participate as well as the implementation and service managers from Arsys. During this meeting, the main work flow processes, escalation and actions during critical situations will be defined. The overall project plan will be explained, describing those aspects that have several alternatives and which need to be valued. Likewise, the platform to implement this initial phase will be confirmed, enabling the planned scenario to be adapted. Lastly, The implementation process and project exploitation will be discussed, whereby the service phases proposed by Arsys will be explained.

Once the above points are defined, the implementation will begin with the technical and administrative set up of the technical resources included in the project (servers, storage, firewall policies, IP addresses, etc.). Then, if applicable, the software base (operating system) of the machines will be configured. The parameterisation of the software will be carried out according to the requirements jointly evaluated with your technical staff.

Arsys provides access, if necessary, to your technicians in order to implement applications required by the project and create virtual appliances, thereby having them available in the future so that the introduction of new machines with the same software is carried out more quickly and effectively.

We will also adjust your technological infrastructure to the new platform in order to give you the service you have requested: configuration of the Arsys monitoring system and the backup ones.

The tests necessary to certify the operation of the implemented solution can be carried out during an approximate weekly period. If these tests are satisfactory, the real service phase would begin in which the Service Level Agreements would be applied, and in which Arsys Support would handle all aspects that ensure continuity, availability and quality of service provided, without neglecting the continuous improvement of the services purchased.
