If you wish to report a case of abuse in connection with the use of a domain registered through arsys.net, such as SPAM, phishing, malware or use of the domain for any other type of activity that could be considered illegal or fraudulent, please report it to:

To facilitate case management, please provide as much information as possible:
- Type of abuse detected (SPAM, phishing, malware...)

Obtain information about the owner of a domain

According to current ICANN policies on the publication of contact data for domain names, access to the contact information of domain name holders is restricted. However, if you wish, Arsys offers the possibility to contact the holder of a domain name registered through Arsys directly, in a simple way, using the following web form https://registrar.domainconnection.info/privacy?market=en_US.
If you also have a legitimate reason to request the contact details of the holder from Arsys, and provided you can prove sufficient legitimacy (e.g. official body, competent authority, etc.), you can contact us by email at the following address:Email: disclosure@nicline.com

Remember that, in order for us to process your request and not deny it, your email must contain at least the following information:
- Domain name for which information about the holder is requested and specific data required.
- Identity of the requester, along with their contact details.
- Name of the entity you represent and documentation proving your membership, as appropriate.
- Documentation demonstrating the legitimate reasons for requesting the holder's data (for example: court order or any requirement issued by a competent authority in Spain addressed to Arsys, etc.).
Once your request has been analyzed, you will receive a response by email from Arsys within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

Follow-up of your abuse case
Each abuse case will be evaluated by Arsys staff and, if there is a reasonable basis, it will be assigned a case identifier that will be included in all communications.
For cross-checking purposes, our agents may contact you to request additional information. You should always reply with the case number for proper follow-up.
If no additional information is needed to determine the validity of the information received, you will not receive any communication from us.
Once we have verified the veracity of the reported abuse, we will take all measures within our means, and the complainant will be informed.

Data processing
The information provided will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and will be used exclusively for the management of the case.
