How is my WP Hosting Plan billed?

You can contract your WP Hosting Plan with monthly or annual payment. You choose the form of payment which best adapts to your needs: Direct Debit (so that the invoices are automatically charged to your bank account) or credit card. Remember that you can change from one form of payment to another in your Client Area whenever you like.

Is there a fixed-term contract period?

There is no fixed-term contract period. You can cancel your WP Hosting Plan from your Client Area whenever you like.

How does the 30-day guarantee period work?

If you have tried your WP Hosting and it didn't meet your expectations, you can cancel in the next 30 days from your purchase and we will return your money. No obligation to stay, no questions asked.

What can I do if I see that I have exceeded my usage limit?

If your WP Hosting Plan's consumption has increased or is going to increase within a short period of time, we recommend that you upgrade to a superior product. Remember that you can make this change at any time from your Client Area. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us at any time of day in order to process your request.

What happens if I exceed the consumption that I purchased in my WP Hosting Plan?

Don't worry, your website will continue to be seen as normal. We know how important it is for your project that your website's visibility is not affected because, for example, you are with a company that is working well and you are receiving more visits than you had planned. Should you exceed the disk space included, you will only be charged for the excess disk space occupied: €10/month for each GB (1GB minimum blocks).

Can I associate my WP Hosting Plan to a domain that I have already registered with another provider?

Yes, from your Control Panel, you can easily associate your WP Hosting Plan to a domain that you have registered with another provider. But remember that you must change your DNS so that they point to the new service so that your domain takes your WP Hosting Plan. If you also have an email account, you will be able to continue using the same one by configuring the email's DNS entries from your WP Hosting Plan's Control Panel.Remember that the transfer of your domain is free with WP Hosting and that you can request it directly from the service Control Panel.
