A virtual private server or VPS is a virtual partition, with resources dedicated exclusively to you, within a physical server or a much larger server infrastructure. It allows you to host websites, online shops or applications. Unlike shared hosting, each client, each application or even each website can have dedicated resources and therefore all data is isolated ensuring greater security and better performance. It requires basic knowledge in server administration to be able to manage the operating system and configure the applications.
Your server will be available in just a few minutes. The average provisioning time is 55 seconds, however, for very large servers or with a memory intensive operating system, installation could take a few minutes longer.
In addition to choosing the size of server that best suits your project, during the recruitment process, you can also choose the location where to deploy the server (Spain/USA), the operating system (Windows/Linux), the database software and the pre-installation of the Plesk Obsidian administration panel.
Whenever you want you can switch to a higher version of the VPS Server from the "Administrative Management" section of your Customer Area. This change is made instantly so that you can enjoy the new functions from the very first moment. As regards invoicing, the unused portion of the previous service will be saved as a credit.
In addition to the change of service to higher VPS servers, you can request the change to a Cloud server (totally flexible in terms of contracting computer resources) or contract additional IPs from your Customer Area at any time you need.

You choose the form of payment that best suits your needs: you can choose to pay by bank transfer or card for the first payment and then change to direct debit. Remember that you can change from one to the other at any time from your Customer Area.
You can contract your VPS server on a monthly or annual basis from the Arsys website. Currently, the annual contract offers a more competitive price.
No, registration is totally free.
During the contract, you can select the initial duration of your subscription to the service (annual or monthly). This will be your only commitment. At the end of this period, the service will be automatically renewed for successive periods of the same duration unless the duration of the renewal is modified or the service is cancelled, as stated in the General Conditions of the Service in force.
Only one VPS with promotion can be contracted per customer. Without being subject to promotion, the same client can contract all the VPSs needed.
If you have tried your VPS server but it does not meet your expectations, you can terminate it within 30 days, and you will not have to pay anything.
